[opencms-dev] new of OpenCms

[MediaFusion]

Hi everyone!

i'm a new user from japan. when i tried to install the OpenCms, i
encountered a few of problems.
could the OpemCm be used with a Japanese OS(WIndows2000)? is there any
japanese user who's installed it successfully and useing it currently?
