Is the following possible (with or without customization)?:
1. Appropiate user checks out a document (is this 'locking' in opencms?)
2. User edits document.
3. User submits document to change control (approval) workflow.
4. Stakeholders of this change control are assigned a task (e.g. to review,
to approve, etc)
5. After the last approval, the document is checked in (is this
'unlocking'?) and assigned a new version number.
6. Document becomes the current (is this 'publishing'?) accessible
document.
7. In the document history, be able to see version number for each version.
