[opencms-dev] jug.jar missing

Trying to recompile from the cvs, build.xml now has a dependancies on
jug.jar in the ExternalComponents/ but this file is not in the latest
source.

Not sure where to get this file form, I found it there and I have been
abble to compile opencms with it.

Where is the correct place te get this file from ?
