[opencms-dev] opencms.war file does not show any files

I just downloaded opencms5.0.0.zip, and extracted the opencms.war file from the zip file.  When I use pkzip to look at the war file, no files show.

When I put the war file into the tomcat web apps directory, tomcat tries to unpack it, it creates the "opencms" subdirectory, but no files are extracted to that directory.

Do I have a corrupted war file?  I've downloaded it twice with the same result.  Any help is appreciated.
