[opencms-dev] errors in 'installation.html' and other 'release' files

Hello,

Has anyone seen the following error when opening 'installation.html' or
other files under the 'release' folder?

Is it a problem in the distribution or a configuration issue?:

Error in CmsJspLoader.loadTemplate() while loading:
javax.servlet.ServletException: Resource loader error in file
'/system/modules/org.opencms.welcome/jsptemplates/welcome.jsp'

Running OpenCMS 5.0.0 under Resin 2.1.9
