[opencms-dev] edit_options file and Import button

You can't. OpenCms 5.0 uses the "free for scripting" version of the MS
DHTML control for the WYSIWYG editor. This means that it's not longer
required to adjust the IE security settings, which is a very good thing.
However, the direct file import and save features are not supported in
the script free version of the control.
