[opencms-dev] French localization for OpenCms 5.0 available

The OpenCms Workplace is now available in French. The localization
module 
org.opencms.locales.fr can be downloaded from the Module Download page:

http://www.opencms.org/opencms/en/download/modules/index.html. 

Install this module if you want to use the OpenCms Workplace in French.
