[opencms-dev] Where to find Fop_bin.jar?

fop_bin.jar comes from the apache xml project.
fop: formatting object processor.

Have a look @ http://xml.apache.org/

The java archive should be downloadable there.

where I can find the file "fop_bin.jar" which ist mentioned in the news
module for creating pdf?
Do I have the install Jserv and the Jsdk to get it?

And how can I get this up and running:
"Furthermore the class CmsPdfLauncher is needed 
inside the "com.opencms.launcher"-package."

W2k, Tomcat 4.1.24, OpenCms 5.0
