[opencms-dev] Apache rewrite rules.

Here are my promised apache rewrite rules and notes.

As mentioned in the file, the openCMS link substituter will still add 
the first opencms/ to all the links, I haven't investigated how to fix 
that yet.  These rewrite rules will work regardless.
