  Ok, you were right.  Once I unlocked the parent then I could work
with the lock on installation.html.  But now there are still more
problems.  I hope someone from OpenCMS team is reading this.
  First, I followed all directions in the instructions in the
introduction pdf.  It did not say anything about having to unlock this
parent first.  
  Second, after I finished editing and went into Administrative view
selecting Proj Mgmt, Current Project, "Nice Try" project and then
Publish - it publishes the project ok but when I go to view the results
in a browser with
http://localhost:8080/opencms/opencms/release/installation.html it only
gives me a totally blank page.  I look at browsers view source and
there is no content on the page.  Is there some trick that I'm missing
here?
