[opencms-dev] [CmsXmlXercesParser] java.io.UnsupportedEncodingException: CP1252

Forgot to include the error.
Error is [CmsXmlXercesParser] java.io.UnsupportedEncodingException: CP1252
which is being written to the log file. When I try to edit a page a blank
page just appears in the WYSIWYG

hi,
I am getting this error when I try to edit html pages, or create new pages
using a template. I am using Windows 2000 and the character encoding in the
JVM is set to Cp1252. I can edit all other types of pages fine, and the
front work works okay for me.
