Indeed, I will find these in the binary distribution but then I end up with
already 3 "repositories" where I have to get all necessary files. And who
says that al these repositories are in sync with each other (correct jar
versions)?
Yes I'm suspicious ;-))))

The commons stuff can be found in the under the Commons project in
http://jakarta.apache.org
As for the jcr.jar I dunno.
I think the binary distribution comes with the necessary files anyway.
