[opencms-dev] concerning JVM encoding!!!

hi,

thanks to your help i got atleast one step ahead. now the problem is that on 
the setup it says that the jvm encoding is different from opencms.

it shows that the java vm file encoding : cp1252
opencms encoding: iso-8859-1


so what i did was set the catalina_opts to iso-8859-1  and i tried to run it 
but it didnt work. then i tried to insert it into the shortcut in the target 
area as specified. but it still doesnt work. i tried restarting the computer 
but it seems to show up every time. do i have to do something else to get 
the encoding problem out of the way??

how do i solve this problem. i am sure this is not a big issue just dont 
know why it keeps showing up. anywayz thanks for all the help in advance.
