[opencms-dev] Using CSS

About css: 
    - Every time you create a page even if you want it or not, a template is used for the page that is created (e.g. Empty Template). Those templates have (or do not have) a proper style. 
If you want to use a .css file and change its style components you have to:    1. create your own template that uses a .css file
        2. modify an existing template integating a style file.
