[opencms-dev] Installation problems

I m trying to install opencms on windows 2000, using
Mysql as the database.  Even after the setup wizard is
done, I am not able to open the tool as i m getting
the following error -
"Could not connect to the database. Is the database up
and running?"

MySql is running in the background so i m not able to
figure out the problem.  Plz help me out.
