[opencms-dev] Case problem with includes !

When including files in a jsp template like <cms:include
file="/MyIntranet/jsp/top.jsp"> the URL is badly converted to
"/myintranet/jsp/top.jsp" on execution.
This causes a Ressource Loader error on execution.
The only solution i've found now is to create all lowercase, but this is
very bad ...
 
Has any one any idea ?

ps: I'm on Oracle 8.1.7 / Tomcat 4.x / Linux
