[opencms-dev] OpenCMS to support Trouble Ticket Application

Hi all,
i´ll apprecite if anybody could help me with the following question:
i am trying to find out if we could use OpenCMS in order to support our
Trouble Ticketing application, nevertheless to do that we need to define
categorizations over OpenCMS and for each categorizations define contents as
technicnal procedures.
I am thinking to do that i need to build a specific module?
