[opencms-dev] duplicated keys ...

I have installed OpenCMS on my system.
However, i have to face an interesting error:

Oracle reports duplicated keys.

I am in the process of adding support for PostgreSQL to OpenCMS. I have 
encountered the same problems when I first ran PostgreSQL.

I have tried to deleted the offending records in the Oracle database but 
somehow there seems to be a bug in the system which causes OpenCMS to 
insert those records again and again.

The problem occurs in CMS_GROUPS.
Can anybody help me?
