This occurs with an unmodified index.jsp?
You may want to check the catalina.out log file (instead of the OpenCMS
log) -- sometimes it can be helpful in these matters. Seems to me that
someone said a while back that the newest versions of Tomcat don't work
with OpenCMS, but I don't know first hand -- I'm still using the 4.2x
series.
