[opencms-dev] Install Tomcat as a service on windows

Hi all,
The official docs at
http://www.opencms.org/opencms/en/development/installation/server.html
suggest to run Tomcat standalone on windows to avoid charset problems,
but with the help of Devshed forums user DavidLegg I've been able to
install correctly Tomcat as a service with the correct charset.
