[opencms-dev] New Back office module

Hi all,
 
I am working on a Client Management backoffice module development went
fine until I came across the Backoffice template where I needed more
than just text fields. My question is as follows how do I integrate a
select box into a backoffice form and how do I do that with a check box
or radio button. Does any one have a clear example.
