[opencms-dev] Metatags for Uploaded files

Hi All:

I have noticed that KeyWords,description properties  of an uploded html file 
is not appearing as meta tags in the source code of the file.But this is 
happening for a file which is created using opencms create page 
functionality.Can anyone help me to do this for Uploaded html file.
