[opencms-dev] Tasks email not working

Hi, 

I recently begun working with OpenCMS 5 and have spent most of the time 
trying to get a newly created task in the Workflow view to send email to 
the reciepients. I can send an email from Tomcat (same instance the 
OpenCMS is running on) so I know that my mail configurations on the box 
are correct. I can successfully create tasks however an email is never 
sent to the recipients. 

My configuration is:

Windows 2000 Pro
Tomcat 4
JavaMail 1.3.1
Jaf 1.0.2
