[opencms-dev] RMI interface to OpenCMS - possible?

Hello together,

would it be possible to add a RMI Server Object into OpenCMS to allow RMI
Clients connecting and obtaining the singleton OpenCms Object and CmsObject.
Did somebody tried that? Would this work with many clients regarding
concurrency so every client would always have a up to date view to the singleton
OpenCMS?

I am thinking of adding this RMI server startup into OpenCmsHttpServlet and
I am wondering if this is going to work technically and if it will work
semantically correct if I do not have another other user access except though this
RMI interface.
