I've a installation of OpenCMS 5 at home with investigation purposes, over
Windows 2000 with Mysql 4.0.16 and Tomcat 4.1.27.
All goes well except when I try to create a module, then the following error
appears:

com.opencms.core.CmsException: 21 XML parsing error. Detailed error: Cannot
parse XML file "null". java.io.UTFDataFormatException: Invalid byte 2 of
3-byte UTF-8 sequence..

In my job place, I've the same installation of OpenCMS, with same Mysql and
the same Tomcat, ( I don`t know if the sdk of java is the same version ),
over Linux and I can create the module without problems.
Anyone knows the solution for this problem? Thanks.
