[opencms-dev] help

[M Butcher]

Hmm... if you are logged in as admin, you should have rights to all of 
the files.

Is the file locked (by your user)? What are the permissions on that file?

You can see permissions by left-clicking on the file icon in the 
explorer view.

Also, if you create a new file with the little magic wand icon, do you 
get the same error?
