[opencms-dev] Install opencms without "Setup-Wizard"

Is there a reason you don't want to use the setup process? The OS and platform of the server will not prevent you from running the wizard. The important thing to keep in mind is the OS and browser of the client running the setup (does not have to be run from the localhost).
