[opencms-dev] Problems with publishing

Hello list 
I work with OpenCMS 4.6.1 and have a problem at directly publishing 
-  first, 2 graphics (distance holder) are copied in export folder but then
they are deleted 
-  second, after static export there are (empty) folder in export folder
that I don't have in OpenCMS
