[opencms-dev] Encoding problem

Hi all, 

I meet the following problem: When I am editing the properties of a
resource, for example title, using greek language I am getting those stange
chars. The strange thing is that when I am changing the title from inside
the editor I am getting greek fine. This would not be a problem if I could
also set the navtext property in greek somehow.

I have started both tomcat and OpenCms using UTF-8. Could you please help me
/ give me a hint?
