[opencms-dev] how to use elements in pages

Hello List,

how  can I use elements in pages (for example: <a href="]]><element
name="ElementName"/> ). 
At the moment this is possible for me only in /content/bodys/... 
this unfortunately means that the site can't be working normally and saved.
I get an error message:

'[CmsException]: 21 XML parsing error. Detailed Error: PARSING ERROR!. '
