[opencms-dev] Opencms 5.0 vs 5.3

Hi All,

During the weekend i got tempted and played around with a v 5.3 of the 
opencms [cvs]. Amongst other interesting things i found the possibility 
to edit multiple parts of one page in one view - that is a switch in the 
editor allowing to choose weather to edit the content of the body header 
footer or whatever_you_name_it of the page.

Id swith to version 5.3 but its a bit too unstable to be used yet [or am 
i dooing sth wrong?].
Anyways - the question is - Is there any way to give v5.0 the feature 
other than a rewrite of the editor?
