[opencms-dev] opencms + templates

Hi all

I want to ask about the ability to add custom templates, so user cannot add
content with WYSIWYG editor, but with traditional forms.
I want this feature because with WYSIWYG editor user can construct pages 
with the body
content having any structure.....
For example i want to have a template with 2 paragraphs and 2 photos at 
the left side of the content, with
the current WYSIWYG editor i do not have the ability to force user to 
use 2 photos and 2 paragraphs and with the
way i want.
Any suggestions !!!!!!!
