the problem for me is to find your question... i think it`s nearly
impossible to find ready solutions. There are too much parameters for a
ready solution.Do you want to try this via OCMS?  Well i think so but you wrote nothing
about your enviroment.
So, please let us know what you really want to use for your approach.

And ... have a look on the i18n API from Java when you want to play around
with OCMS
