[opencms-dev] Empty pages published

Still having the problem. 

The redirection works fine on the offline/unpublished pages. However on the
published site all the pages which use this template display a blank screen.
The reason the page is blank I reckon is because the file has a size of 0KB.

As soon as I take the redirection part of the code out the pages display
correctly, and the size actually shows normal e.g. 12KB
