[opencms-dev] New Page doesn't see new templates

I've removed the apostrophes from the document titles and published them,
but that didn't make a difference.  It's as though the subfolders in my
module aren't being examined when a new page is created.  Perhaps there's a
list of folders that are searched?  I didn't see anything at module
properties except "export" which is false is most (all?) of them.
