This isn't really a bug at all ... the other pages are not touched
because you haven’t physically edited them. I have the same issue but it
is easily resolved. If you really want to, then try something like the
following :

create a JSP (non exportable and non navigable) which first touches the
root folder of your site and then calls the publishing routine.

Hi list,

This was already posted in July last week (see below) but for the given
answer is not satisfactory.

For me this is a big bug. Can anyone explain why this isn't fixed. As
far as
I know this bug existed in the 4.x versions already.
