[opencms-dev] cms property declaration

Matt,

By 'declare' I mean to define the properties to be used by application
files. These may include location paths, etc.
Basically, I'm trying to integrate Articles module into our web site,
and not sure how to set those properties globally.

When you say 'declare', do you mean create a property that other files 
can use, or do you mean give a particular property a value?
