[opencms-dev] 404 error for all pages on online site

I installed 5.01 from scratch and had no problems.  I think it might be a
tomcat setting rather than an opencms setting though.  Try putting a jsp in
/opencms, rather than /opencms/opencms.  That way the opencms servlet will
not handle the request and the jsp will be processed by the container
itself.

I was just checking that it wasn't an SQL Server-specific problem.

So has anyone installed 501 from scratch and -not- had this problem?
