Hi Kemi,
My installing is serving test01 and test02 as /alkacon-documentation and
/release.
I made exactly the same steps which are into the howto.
I use version 5.0 now.
I tried every way to log into the admin page from test01 , test02 and
opencms.alkacon.com but every time the same failure.
I don´t get the navigation tree on the left side.
My httpd.conf file is in the mail.
Perhaps you can help me why i have got this problem.
Thx
Regards
Manuel

Hi Manuel
Just as a quick aside, is your installation serving test01 and test02 as
/alkacon-documentation and /release or are they all starting from the
same page. If they are working as separate sites, would you mind
sending me your apache httpd.conf file so that I can see the difference,
I'm sure that it's here that the problem is coming from. Also are you
using version 5.0 or the new 5.0.1?
I only get the situation that you are referring to when I try to log
into the admin environment via test01 and test02, it gets to the
system/login page but then as you enter your admin name and password up
comes a dialog box referring to your password and name on the
opencms.alkacon.com server Realm (not test01 or test02) and when this
fails the nav fails. But this is fine as I don't want people logging in
on test01 and test02, only opencms.alkacon.com. I don't get the
problem on opencms.alkacon.com.
TIA for any assistance
Kind Regards
Kemi
