[opencms-dev] Error: Connection Failed:

I am receiving the following error if I am not using CMS for more than
12 hours. I have to restart Tomcat once I receive this error.

I have installed openCMS on Jakarta Tomcat 4.1.24, and the OS is Red hat
linux 9.0


"The following error was encountered: 

Connection Failed 
The system returned: 

    (111) Connection refused
The remote host or network may be down. Please try the request again."

I would like to know cause for the above error, please help me.
