[opencms-dev] Could not connect to the database. Is the database up and running?

These two lines indicate the error:

[17.02.2004 12:23:26] <opencms_init> . Initializing registry: starting
[17.02.2004 12:23:26] <opencms_critical> [CmsRegistry] Cannot parse XML 
file "null". org.xml.sax.SAXParseException: Premature end of file.

Look at the registry.xml file in \webapps\opencms\WEB-INF\registry.xml 
and make sure that 1) it is there and 2) it has the right XML 
configuration info.
