[opencms-dev] Modules

Hi

I have taken over an openCMS environment 5.0, I have been trying to load 
the alkacon documentation. The base module appears to be there but using 
the module manager I cannot install further modules, appears to hang.

I have tried deleting the base documentation, wont go, just shows with a 
line through it even after publish-ing.

There are no modules showing in the 'module manager' under administration. 
Is there a 'repair' or 'check system' utility?
