[opencms-dev] Jonas - "Could not connect to the database. Is the database up and running?"

I still have the same problem.
I prove the solution of replace xerxes.jar and download the previus version of tomcat (tomcat 4.1.27) but it doesnt work...
The error was.. "org.xml.sax.SAXParseException: The root element is required in a well-formed document"
I read that you had the same problem and finally resolve it.
Coud you explain me exactly what you did?
