[opencms-dev] Menu

I'm not sure if it helps anyone right now but we fixed the issue with the
context menu not appearing in the right place for good in the current CVS
head. Since the Explorer HTML was completly rewritten, it is unforunatly not
possible to transfer this fix back to 5.0.x with copy-paste.
