[opencms-dev] Can't install OpenCMS

Does your tomcat configuration ( [tomcat root]/conf/server.xml ) have a
line like:
<Host name="localhost" debug="0" appBase="webapps" 
       unpackWARs="true" autoDeploy="true">
?
by default unpackWARs is set to false, it should be set to true if you
want your war file to unpack.

I've deployed the  *.war  file into the server, bu when I' go to

 (which does exist), I get this message:
