[opencms-dev] Maximum file upload size?

I've noticed that there is a limit to the size of file you can upload. This happens when I'm in a folder, and click "New" and choose "Upload new file".
 
Can anyone tell me what is the file size limit? (in KB)
 
Also, is there anyway of changing this (increasing it)?
