AW: [opencms-dev] WYSIWYG editor always launches Microsoft Office 2000 Install!!

Hi!

It seems that your system have currently no installed "DHTML-EditControl" or some system policies prevent the installation of the control. (It's part of IE, but of Office too.)

Please check the system policies, virus scanner, any other security software.
