[opencms-dev] Unable to build Opencms from CVS

Hello group!
 
I checked out the HEAD from cvs and downloaded the binary source, too!
 
Now I tried to compile with ant all, but I get an error that all is not a
defined target!
 
What might be the problem?
And can anyone give me a step by step instruction for opencms install from
cvs?
