[opencms-dev] Are there any other OpenCMS mailing lists?

I think the mailing list should stick to discussions on OpenCMS instead of turning into a debate on forums and mailing lists. I personally think mailing lists are a lot better, especially if the forum is in PHP (since PHP sucks).

I have to remember to check a forum and then maybe nothing has been posted when I do check. Not worth the waste of time. Email from mail lists just arrives and tells me when there is something new. Email lists can be handled using the keyboard but forums need a mouse. I have seen a lot of projects try to use boards and they just die.

There is also a discussion forum at http://www.opencms-forum.de/

BTW - why are people insisting on using a mailing list when the forum is available? I find mailing lists very awkward - I much prefer a phpBB forum any day.

Kevin.
