[opencms-dev] admin module navtext

I'm creating an admin module, and I can't seen to get the navText property
to show up. I'm guessing I have put together my language file incorrectly:

Located here: com.mymodule.www/language/en/com.mymodule.www_en

<?xml version="1.0"?>
<LANGUAGE>
<name>English</name>
<com_mymodule_www_psadmin>
<icon>
<navtext>mymodule User Admin</navtext>
</icon>
</com_mymodule_www_psadmin>
</LANGUAGE>

The properties for my administration are as follows:

Navtext:com_mymodule_www_psadmin.icon.navtext

What am I missing here?
